Into the Stillness – A Greek Mountain Yoga Retreat

There are places that naturally invite you to slow down. Hidden among the mountains of Greece, where forests, fresh air, and silence replace the noise of everyday life, Into the Stillness is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Over three days, we will explore yoga, meditation, pranayama, mantra chanting, and sound healing, creating space to calm the mind, restore the body, and reconnect with our true nature. Surrounded by the timeless beauty of the Greek mountains, this retreat is more than a weekend away—it is a journey inward, where stillness becomes the path back to yourself.
