What our students say about their experience at Avra Yoga

The teacher training at Avra Yoga has truly changed my life in more ways than I could have imagined when I first started. Of course, it helped me expand my knowledge and understanding of yoga, but beyond that, I was able to deepen my practice far more than I thought possible in such a short period of time, and to take my practice with me off the mat and into my everyday life. It offered me unwavering guidance from my instructors—especially Maria, who is truly an exceptional and very experienced teacher. It also gave me a small but very supportive community in the faces of my fellow students. - Elli

The yoga teacher training at Avra Yoga with Maria Natsouli was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. Through her guidance and support, Maria created a space where I felt safe to grow and learn. This training not only deepened my personal practice but also gave me the confidence and preparation to begin teaching. I’m truly grateful for this experience. - Dora B.

The training at Avra Yoga was a journey of physical practice, theoretical learning, and inner peace. With deep knowledge and heartfelt simplicity, Maria guided us not only through the exercises and techniques, but more importantly through the philosophy of yoga as a way of life. I am filled with gratitude for everything she shared with us, for her presence, and for the lasting impact she left within us. - Aliki

The yoga teacher training at Avra Yoga was an important step in my personal growth. In the supportive and inspiring space that Maria created, I was able to evolve on many levels—cultivating stability in my personal practice, gaining confidence in teaching, and connecting more deeply with my inner self. It was an experience that helped me move forward in life with greater awareness and inner calm. I feel deeply grateful for this unique and beautiful journey. - Dora K.
