Maria Natsouli

Maria, the mind behind Avra Yoga, lives in Greece and Dubai with her husband and twin boys, where she teaches and studies yoga. She is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher. She studied Hatha Yoga in India under the lineage of Swami Vivekananda, practicing and studying Ashtanga Yoga in Dubai with her teacher Fatima Garcia (KPJAYI authorized lever 2), and Iyengar Yoga with her teacher Ganesh Shinde. She also holds a diploma in Wellenss Coaching from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Maria believes that yoga can benefit everyone, and invites all of you to visit Avra Yoga Studio, practice and embrace yoga, and develop on your own journey.

Kostas Markozis

Costas was born and raised in Athens. From a young age he was involved in swimming championships with several distinctions at an international level.

With studies in gymnastics and physiotherapy he worked in the field of sports for several years, until he discovered yoga. He initially studied yoga in India with Pankaj Negi, and continued in Greece with Maria Maganari.

He specializes in Vinyasa aiming to increase body strength, and Restorative Yoga which targets the restoration of chronic pain.

Anastasia Apostolidou

Dance Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga

Anastasia was born and raised in Athens. She has traveled and lived in many countries, one of them being India, a country that inspired and transformed her during the 2 years she lived there. Anastasia is is a certified Yoga Therapy 300h-Yoga Alliance teacher from Swami Krishnananda School in India, while she continues to enrich her knowledge through YACEP in Dance Yoga, Yoga Sequencing, Yin Yoga & Prenatal Yoga. Her goal is to help people to evolve holistically and find the true joy that lies within them, through yoga, meditation and coaching.


Konstantina Michalakis

Hatha Yoga

Konstantina’s passion for movement started early studying ballet from a very young age.

She discovered yoga some years ago and fell instantly in love with the practice. She realized there was so much more to yoga than just the physical exercise and decided to become a teacher in order to deepen her understanding of this spiritual discipline. Konstantina believes that the big improvements happen by taking small steps. She wishes to support these small steps and facilitate her students to find the power within, as well as self love and care for others. Quoting her “I believe there is a hidden, great potential in every being and my mission is to help my students to uncover it through the yoga practice”.


Tania Saiti

Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates mat

Tania has studied ballet and modern dance since the age of 3 at the Royal Academy of Dance & Imperial Society Teacher of Dance. Her restless personality led her to the path of Yoga where she found other ways of physical and spiritual expression. Her deepest knowledge of the art of yoga comes from her studies in the YogaWorks system (500h YAI), a unique teaching system inspired by the flow of ashtanga, iyengar alignment and the healing effects of viny yoga. She also spend time in India with enlightened teachers such as Saji.P.K and Shajesh Tantra. Tania's teaching is characterized by its safety for students of any level as she uses all yoga props (bricks, straps, blankets, etc.) for alignment in the class.


Maria Itsiou

Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Pranayama

Maria was born and raised in Volos and she loved sports from a young age, especially gymnastics, volleyball and athletics. Her first contact with yoga was in 2012 when she started a journey of self-improvement. She believes that through the practice of yoga and meditation we unconsciously begin to take more care of ourselves and ultimately choose what is good for us. One of the reasons she decided to pursue teaching yoga is that she wants to share and pass on to her students all the spiritual, mental and physical benefits that she has gained during this journey. Maria is a certified yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance and Yoga Alliance International.

Vera Papanastasiou

Hatha Yoga, Pranayama & Gentle Flow

Vera came in contact with yoga only in 2019, when from her very first practice felt the benefits and effects both physically and mentally. Realizing the change it can bring to the way of thinking and living, and feeling the need to share it, she decided to follow this path professionally. Her love for reading pushes her to discover and deepen her yoga philosophy constantly, while at the same time she continues to develop her personal practice. Vera is a certified yoga teacher, she teaches and at the same time continues her path as a student aiming to deepen her knowledge on the philosophy and system of yoga.
