Anna began her yoga journey in 2016, discovering a path that connects body and soul. Since then, her practice has been continuously evolving, becoming an integral part of her life — a relationship that keeps transforming, shaping her along the way.
In 2021, she completed the internationally recognized 200-hour YogaWorks Teacher Training Program, and in 2022, she deepened her knowledge in the art of healing through a 60-hour Thai Yoga Massage training. In 2024, she completed the 300-hour YogaWorks Teacher Training, gaining tools to adapt her practice to different needs and levels. In 2025, her education expanded further with a 200-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, focusing on the philosophy and therapeutic aspects of yoga.
Each class is, for her, a milestone on an ongoing journey — guided by exploration, creativity, and inspiration.
