Maria lives in Greece and Dubai, where she teaches and studies yoga. She is a E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified teacher. She studied Hatha Yoga in India under the lineage of Swami Vivekananda, practicing and studying Ashtanga Yoga in Dubai with her teacher Fatima Garcia (KPJAYI 2), and Iyengar Yoga with her teacher Ganesh Shinde. She has completed over 1000 hours in teacher training courses, while also holds a diploma in Wellenss Coaching from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Maria believes that yoga can benefit everyone, and invites all of you to visit Avra Yoga Studio, practice and embrace yoga, and develop on your own journey.

Vera was born and raised in the city of Volos. She is a graduate of the Department of Environmental Engineering of D.P.Th. and also holds corresponding postgraduate studies. Yoga came as a her need to explore and understand her self. Realizing the change it can bring to the way of thinking and living, she decided to follow this path professionally. She is a Yoga Alliance certified 200hrs Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. She has also completed 140hrs training in Yin Yoga and continues her training by attending educational seminars. She teaches hatha and vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, yin yang flow and Yoga Nidra practices.

Eleni has been practicing meditation and yoga nidra for 10 years. She has been trained by many teachers as she believes that every one on this path of inner peace has something to offer her. She believes that this path, having self-concentration and self-observation as our tools, brings union and love and this is what she teaches in her classes. She has completed a 200h training at Karma yoga traditional school and Yoga Nidra training with Valerie Saier. She continues her studies with Alexandros Petridis and constantly seeking for the tools that will further help her and her students to reach the union of mind, soul and body.
Georgina was inspired and led to teaching through her personal practice as a yoga & pilates student. She has been working on the body, mind & wellness for the last 8 years while she attended the BASI (Body Arts Science International) training program in 2021 where she was certified with her diploma, internationally recognized all over the world. Her body reflects the dance she has loved since she was a child and thus her practices are reminiscent of a choreography. In her teachings she wants to guide you to feel your uniqueness. Practicing Pilates with her will lead you to activate the right muscles, mobilize your joints, get a stronger body and connect with your breathing.
Anastasia - born and raised in Athens - is a 200h Yoga Alliance certified teacher, while at the same time studying in the chemical engineering department of Metsovio Polytechnio University. From a very young age - 9 years old - she was introduced to yoga, which soon became part of her daily life. When she decided to make yoga her profession she completed her training in Hatha and Vinyasa, and then studied Aerial Yoga. She teaches all of the styles she was trained to and her goal is to help her practitioners get in touch with their deepest self and adopt a new way of life full of gratitude, respect and love.
Katerina Meintani is a certified yoga teacher on Hatha Yoga, Modern Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Yin yoga and Meditation. She took her first teachers training on Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga, which set the foundation for her approach, interest and connection through yoga.
She also studies Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga at the Ashtanga Yoga Athens Shala, where she completed her training on the Primary Series.
Focusing on what she believes are the basic parts of yoga, her classes focus on exploring Pranayama, Asanas and Meditation encouraging each practitioner to search and evolve through their own practice.
