18:30 | Welcome Yoga Practice: We open our retreat with a 90-minute grounding session led by Maria and Panos, blending Pranayama breathwork and Hatha Yoga to gently release travel tension, anchor the body, and bring the mind into the present moment.
20:30 | Nourishing Dinner: We conclude the evening with a wholesome dinner at the hotel, designed to support restoration, connection, and mindful enjoyment.
SATURDAY 20/6
08:15 | Morning Yoga Flow: Wake up to a one-hour energizing yoga practice with Panos, designed to gently awaken the body, cultivate presence, and set a grounded tone for the day.
09:30 | Nourishing Breakfast: Enjoy a wholesome breakfast at the hotel, mindfully prepared to replenish and energize you after practice.
11:00 | Asana & Sun Salutation Workshop: Dive deeper into your practice with a 2-hour immersive workshop with Maria, exploring alignment, technique, and conscious movement through Asanas and Sun Salutations—perfect for refining your flow and building confidence on the mat.
Free Time & Island Indulgence. The day is yours to unwind and explore.
18:30 | Evening Vinyasa Flow: We reunite for a soulful Vinyasa class with Maria, allowing movement and breath to release the day and restore balance.
19:30 | Sound Healing Journey: Surrender into stillness with a deeply restorative sound healing session led by Panos, guiding you into a state of calm and energetic harmony.
20:30 | Dinner & Connection: End the day with a nourishing dinner at the hotel, sharing space, stories, and presence.
SUNDAY 21/6
08:15 | Morning Vinyasa Flow: We begin our final morning with a one-hour Vinyasa practice led by Maria, inviting fluid movement, mindful breath, and a sense of completion—leaving you grounded, open, and re-energized.
09:30 | Farewell Breakfast: Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the hotel, a moment to nourish the body, reflect on the weekend, and share final connections.
11:30 | Check-Out & Departure: We say goodbye, carrying the calm, clarity, and inspiration of the retreat back into everyday life.

Avra Yoga Pelion Retreat - Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer: The organizer of this yoga retreat is Avra Yoga.
2. Agreement to Terms: Booking and payment for the retreat indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Booking and Payment:

To secure your spot, a deposit of 70€ per person is required at the time of booking.

If you don't choose to pay in full instantly then you agree to pay following the below mentioned plan:

50% of the rest of the amount (after deposit) by 20/4/2026

the other 50% left by 20/5/2026

If you choose the payment plan please note that full payment is due by 20/5/2026

If you opt in on a date later than the dates mentioned above the payment amount will be the deposit plus the amount mentioned in the payment plan

If you miss any of the payments mentioned the organizer has the right to cancel your spot and refund you as per the cancellation policy.

Payments can be done either by the online links provided above, bank transfer or cash at Avra Yoga Studio.
4. Cancellation Policy: if you cancel your booking you'll receive a refund depending on the date of the cancellation as per the policy below

100% refund will be offered for cancellations up until 30/3/2026

50% refund will be offered for cancellations up until 10/4/2026

No refund is offered for cancellations past 30/4/2026
5. Health and Fitness: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit for the retreat activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions upon booking.
6. Participant Conduct: Respectful behavior towards fellow participants, staff, and the retreat property is expected at all times. Any disruptive behavior or actions that may compromise the safety or well-being of others may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.
7. Liability: Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the retreat activities, releasing the organizers from any liability for personal injuries, accidents, or losses.
8. Changes to Itinerary: The organizers reserve the right to modify the retreat schedule, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
9. Photography and Media: Photographs or videos taken during the retreat may be used for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you prefer not to be featured in promotional material.
10. Force Majeure: The organizers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, or government restrictions.

YOUR TEACHERS
Maria Natsouli
Maria is an E-RYT 1000 Yoga Alliance teacher, Wellness Coach and retreats leader with over 3000 hours of teaching.
Choosing to attend a retreat led by Maria is an opportunity to explore yoga in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Maria's retreats are a break from the hustle, a chance to unwind and immerse yourself in the practice of yoga at your own pace. Her approach is is a harmonious blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and alignment, focusing on finding inner peace through yoga, pranayama and meditation.
She will create a nurturing space where you can deepen your practice, explore different yoga styles, and reconnect with yourself. Joining her retreat means taking a step back from the chaos, finding calm, and leaving with a renewed sense of well-being.


Panos Kontis
Panos Kontis began his yoga journey with traditional Hatha Yoga, pranayama, and functional exercises, leading to the creation of SoLunar Hatha Yoga. He deepened his practice abroad with Daniel Rama, exploring meditation, mantras, yogic philosophy, and Hatha & Vinyasa yoga. Panos has also worked with renowned circus and gymnastics artists to refine advanced techniques like handstands.
His therapeutic expertise includes advanced training in Thai massage, T.S.T, Dynamic Thai, Osteo Thai, and Craniosacral therapy. As part of the Avra Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training,
Panos will teach Hatha Yoga, asanas, pranayama, and meditation, sharing his unique blend of traditional and modern practices to guide students on their yoga journey.
