Escape to a serene mountain spa hotel for a rejuvenating yoga weekend, where tranquility meets breathtaking views, offering a holistic retreat for mind, body, and soul.


Friday: We meet at 11:00 at Metro Station of Doukissis Plakentias to take our private bus to Tsagkarada. We check in and have some time to rest. At 18:30 we gather for our 1st yoga class, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga for 1.5 hours will relax your body and mind to enjoy the rest of our weekend. Dinner at 20:00 at the hotel.

Saturday: Hatha Yoga practice with Vera at 8:15 for one hour. After breakfast you are free to rest or enjoy the hotel's spa. At 13:00 we go hiking at  The Green Mountain Activity Area, a specially designed space from Hike Away in the chestnut forest of Tsagkarada next to 12 Months Resort & Spa, where we will do archery, flying fox zip line and enjoy some picnic snacks. 

At 18:30 we gather at the hotel for a Vinyasa class with Maria and then a Yoga Nidra class with Vera. Dinner at 20:00 at the hotel.  

Sunday: Vinyasa practice at 8:15 before breakfast. After our last breakfast we gather again for a yoga philosophy / Q&A session. You can enjoy again a massage at the spa before we head for our lunch in a local restaurant and then back home.


12 Months Resort & Spa combines the famous traditional Pelion architecture with luxury, and the intense element of nature. The imposing hillsides with the dense, virgin flora and the blue Aegean sea create the ideal conditions for recommending the resort as the perfect setting for our weekend.

  • Any extra meals or beverages you will consume, which are not mentioned in the above program

  • Spa services at the hotel (our group is offered 20% discount)

  • Any taxi services, laundry, trips you might organize by yourself

  1. Organizer: The organizer of this yoga retreat is Avra Yoga.

  2. Agreement to Terms: Booking and payment for the retreat indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  3. Booking and Payment:

    • To secure your spot, a deposit of 70€ per person on the double room and 120€ for the single roome is required at the time of booking. 

    • If you don't choose to pay in full instantly then you agree to pay following the below mentioned plan:

      • 50% of the rest of the amount (after deposit) by 20/3/2024

      • the other 50% left by 31/3/2024

    • If you choose the payment plan please note that full payment is due by 31/3/2024

    • If you opt in on a date later than the dates mentioned above the payment amount will be the deposit plus the amount mentioned in the payment plan

    • If you miss any of the payments mentioned the organizer has the right to cancel your spot and refund you as per the cancellation policy.

    • Payments can be done either by the online links provided above, bank transfer or cash at Avra Yoga Studio

  4. Cancellation Policy: if you cancel your booking you'll receive a refund depending on the date of the cancellation as per the policy below

    • 50% refund will be offered for cancellations up until 20/3/2024

    • No refund is offered for cancellations past 31/3/2023

  5. Health and Fitness: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit for the retreat activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions upon booking.

  6. Participant Conduct: Respectful behavior towards fellow participants, staff, and the retreat property is expected at all times. Any disruptive behavior or actions that may compromise the safety or well-being of others may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.

  7. Liability: Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the retreat activities, releasing the organizers from any liability for personal injuries, accidents, or losses.

  8. Changes to Itinerary: The organizers reserve the right to modify the retreat schedule, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.

  9. Photography and Media: Photographs or videos taken during the retreat may be used for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you prefer not to be featured in promotional material.

  10. Force Majeure: The organizers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, or government restrictions.
